Please note that there will be no check in. Poules will be published on the tournament web site at 1500 the day before the competition and all competitors will be assumed to be present unless specifically scratched.

The formula for the individual competitions will be:
- A single round of poules with 7 or 6 fencers eliminating a minimum of 20%
- Direct elimination without repêchage down to the final.
- Trophy for top 4, medals for 5th to 8th place.
The tournament will be run in accordance with the FIE Rules for Competitions, the European Fencing Confederation Cadet Circuit Rules and the BFA Disciplinary Regulations. The Directoire Technique reserve the right to decide, without right of appeal, on any issues not covered by these rules.
Cadet boys and girls born on January 1st, 2003 or later. Fencers should be at least 12 on or after January 1st, 2020 (it may be possible for an extraordinarily advanced younger fencer to participate, upon the written agreement of his/her parents, coach and doctor's recommendation).
Equipment should be to FIE (CEN 2) standards, these are:
- 800 Newton jacket and breeches
- 800 Newton plastron
- 1600 Newton mask with a conductive bib
- FIE homologated blade
Mask strap closures must conform to new FIE standards.
Chest protectors must conform to new FIE standards.
Two pin bodywires will be required for this event.
Allstar UK will be providing an equipment stand at the competition. Please contact them in advance if you require any equipment for the event.
Entries are now open via Sport-80. Please ensure you have a valid EFC license for the 2019-2020 season before entering.
All entries must be made online via Sport-80. You must hold a EFC license before entering.
Entries must arrive no later than 21nd of September 2019.
British entries are limited to 64 competitors per weapon.
Competitors from outside the UK should enter via their national federations.
All competitors must hold a valid EFC license - this should be applied for through your national federation.
Entry fee for non-British competitors is 20 Euros.
Fees must be paid at the venue either from 1800 on Friday or Saturday morning before the start of the event.
